Deanna is a great provider, she listens to your problems and orders what tests need to be done to get to the bottom of your concerns.

Was unprepared and had no idea , why I had an appointment I had to explain everything.

Deanna was great. Clear and straight with info and questions.

I went in with concern of no voice and sinus infection that I am prone to she didn't even look in my ears or up my nose told me that I don't have sinus infection not sure how she could tell that due to not even looking in my ears or up my nose. I work as a phlebotomist at upmc and would never recommend her to anyone,

Deanna Bump is an excellent provider. UPMC is lucky to have her. And thank God I got her for my appointment because she is the one who actually found what was wrong by doing the test. I can't say enough good about her. I was in so much pain, she even helped me on and off table and helped walk me out of room down hall. I know providers are overwhelmed these days but she truly has a special kind heart which is needed these days!

She was fine but not very friendly or personally interested. She seemed very robotic and wanted to confine me to answering her question rather than also encouraging me to outline my medical complaint.

This is the 1st yearly physical I've ever had where I never took my clothes off! No breast exam, no rectal exam. Yet when I sign into my upmc account, in the online report for example, the breast exam area states info as tho I had one. I guess at the time, I was too dumbfounded to ask why these were not being done and then my appt was over...

While she asked numerous questions, when I explained what treatment has worked for me in the past she denied me that option because she didn't want to do that. I expressed that in the past it's the only course that has helped and gave me relief, she still went against that with what she felt would maybe possibly help. Sending me through another new "trial run" of meds.
