@VerizonSupport you guys have the worst internet going. I’m only keeping you until my lease runs out in two months for convenience sake. After that I will never ever buy your services again. Woeful. I will go out of my way to tell other potential customers to seek elsewhere.

@VZWSupport Yes, we had service for 10 days. To this point we have made approximately 15 phone calls and two visits to a Verizon store. I have a recording of a Verizon customer service rep talking with the Verizon manager stating that we do not owe anything yet the harassment won’t stop.

@VerizonSupport Oh yeah the same issue we had before. The one that I paid for the parts and the service fee for the technician to come out and say he couldn’t give us faster internet. That I still got charged for, and asked for a refund in my checking account over and over but just got a credit
